About this project

A twelve-unit cluster scheme on soft ground near Bukit Jelutong. The site investigation came back poor enough that we revised the footing layout before pricing, which added three weeks at the start and saved an argument about settlement later. Roof falls, gutter sizing and the surface drainage were all set out at foundation stage rather than retrofitted.

All twelve units handed over inside the contract period with a short defect list, mostly paint and ironmongery.
