Meranti Works Sdn Bhd has been building, renovating and waterproofing across the Klang Valley since 2009. We are big enough to hold a programme and small enough that the person who quoted your job is the person who walks it with you at handover.
What We Are Trying to Do
Malaysian construction has a reputation problem, and most of it is earned: verbal quotes, moving prices, crews that disappear for a fortnight. We run the opposite way — written scope, fixed price, named supervisor, weekly updates, and a warranty we honour without an argument.

If we cannot do the job well at a price you will accept, we say so at quoting stage instead of cutting corners later.

Drainage, falls and flashing get designed before anyone picks a tile. Everything else is cosmetic.

Swept every evening, skips emptied, drains kept clear. Your neighbours should not know we are there.
