About this project
The unit had been empty for a year and the previous tenant's M&E was unusable. We stripped it back to the shell, re-ran electrical and air-conditioning, and built the shopfront, ceiling and joinery to the tenant's brand pack.
Centre management only allowed noisy works between 10pm and 6am, so the programme was built around night shifts. The unit handed over two days early and opened on the planned date.
