Do you deliver to East Malaysia?
Yes. Shipping is free over RM150 in Peninsular Malaysia and a flat RM15 to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, Visa, Mastercard and major e-wallets. We do not offer cash on delivery.

What kind of ingredients do you use?
We use Malaysian botanicals wherever we can: pandan, serai, pegaga, kunyit, bunga raya, rice water and virgin coconut, grown by smallholders we know. Each product page lists every ingredient in full.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
We never test on animals. Most of our range is vegan, and we use no animal-derived ingredients except beeswax, kelulut honey and goat milk, in the products that list them.

Are your skincare products suitable for all skin types?
Our products are made for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We use gentle, low-irritation ingredients and keep scent to light, natural essential oils.
Each formula is tested on volunteers with dry, oily, combination and sensitive skin before launch. If your skin reacts easily, we suggest a patch test on your inner arm first, and our team is happy to help you choose on WhatsApp.
How should I store my skincare products?
Our formulas use gentle preservatives, so heat is their biggest enemy. Keep them somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sun and never in a parked car. Serums and eye products can live in the fridge if you like them cold.
How long do your products last?
Most Embun products are best used within 12 months of opening. Check the open-jar symbol and expiry date on each pack, and finish them within that time for the best results.
