These terms apply to cakes ordered through this website from Fluffed Café & Dessert Bar, 55, Jalan 20/7, Taman Paramount, 46300 Petaling Jaya.

Placing an order

Choose your cakes and sizes, pay the total shown using our payment QR, then send us the prepared WhatsApp message with your payment receipt attached.

Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once we reply on WhatsApp. If we cannot prepare a cake for your chosen date, we will contact you to arrange another date or a refund.

Prices

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Seasonal cakes, such as the Mango Shortcake, are only available while in season.

Pickup

Cakes are collected from our café in Taman Paramount at the date and time confirmed on WhatsApp. We are open daily, 12:30 pm to 10:30 pm.

Allergens

Our cakes may contain nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other allergens. Please tell us about any allergies before you order.
